KDraw Kids — Privacy Policy

KDraw Kids ("the App") is a children's drawing and coloring app developed by Cloudwapp. We designed the App for children, so we built it with the strictest possible privacy approach:

We collect nothing

• The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
• The App does not have Internet access at all — it does not request the Internet permission, so it is technically incapable of sending any data off the device.
• The App contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs, no third-party code that collects data, and no in-app purchases.
• The App does not request any Android permissions.

Children's artwork

Drawings created in the App are stored only on the device: inside the App's private storage, and — if a parent enables it in the parental settings — also in the device's photo gallery ("Pictures/KDraw Kids"). Artwork never leaves the device unless a parent explicitly shares it using the share button, which is protected by a parental gate.

Children's privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Because the App collects no data of any kind, no personal information about children (or anyone else) is ever gathered, processed, or shared. Parental consent for data collection is not required, as there is no data collection.

Parental gate

Actions that leave the child's play context (sharing artwork, deleting artwork, and parent settings) are protected by a parental gate that requires reading a written instruction.
